How We Review
Every guide on The Meno Choice follows the same process, whether it's about hormone therapy, a supplement or a clinic. Here's exactly what we do, so you can judge our work for yourself.
1. We start with your questions
Before writing, we look at what women actually search for on Google and Bing about a topic or product: the real questions, in your words. Each article is built to answer those questions directly, starting with the one most women ask first.
2. We check facts at the source
- Prices, packages and guarantees are read on the official order page or checkout, and we write the date we checked them.
- Ingredients and labels come from the manufacturer's official site, not from ads or reseller pages.
- Clinic details (states served, ages, insurance, cancellation) come from the clinic's own site and FAQ.
- Medical guidance reflects the positions of The Menopause Society and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). When we mention a study, it's one we've read.
3. We respect both paths
We don't treat hormone therapy as dangerous, and we don't treat non-hormonal options as useless. We explain who each one is for, and we always point out when a decision belongs to you and your doctor.
4. We're careful with claims
- We never promise that a product will cure, treat or prevent a disease.
- Results a company reports are attributed to that company ("the clinic reports..."), never presented as our promise.
- We never recommend a hormone dose or tell you to start or stop a prescription.
- We only send you to the official seller, where the guarantee and support apply.
5. We keep pages current
When a price, policy or fact changes, we update the page and the "Updated" date. We don't change the date just to look fresh.
6. We fix mistakes
If you spot an error, tell us. We check it and correct the page.
